order, while consulting services, since they are normally
of longer duration, are defined through a negotiated contract.

| Our Government Clients |
For our
Government clients, contracting with Mountain Home is easy.
There are two ways to reach Mountain Home's training
and consulting services.

| Option
#1: The
Department Training Request Form. (Typically for Department
of Defense (DoD) organizations). |
• To purchase training services with
a ceiling of $25K, most agencies use
the Agendcy's standard Training Request Form (or an
approved Purchase Order Form), while the Defense Department
typically uses the DD Form 1556. CLICK

• For
training services with a ceiling greater than $25K,
the Agency will need to pursue a contract vehicle. The following
option is Mountain Home's preferred contracting mechanism.

#2: Service-Disabled,
Veteran-Owned Small Business Concern (SDVO SBC) Sole Source
Contracting Vehicle. |
| Mountain
Home is now certified as a Service-Disabled
Veteran-Owned
Small Business
Concern (SDVO SBC) by the U.S. Small Business Administration
(SBA). This means that government agencies can now issue sole source or set-aside
contracts to SDVO SBC-certified companies. |

Contracting with Mountain Home this way does two things, first it is very easy
to
get
to
Mountain Home now via sole source, and second, it helps the agency with their
Congressionally-mandated
goal of 3% of all contracts going to a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business

a copy of the Federal Register in which SBA clarifies the rules for contracting
with an SDVO SBC.

Servies Administration (GSA) MOBIS Schedule #874. |
• Mountain
Home has negotiated an agreement for the
use of one of our partners' GSA - Mission Oriented Business Integrated
Services (MOBIS) Schedule #874 contract. For more information
