Process Analysis and the Business Case is a 5-day workshop for those who will be performing BPR process analysis. The course presents the fundamentals of process analysis and how Benchmarking can best be performed to achieve dramatic improvements in process performance leading to the development of a Business Case Decision Package. It is recommended that participants take BPR Fundamentals (MHC-1012) prior to taking this course.
Who Should Attend

The course is designed for individuals currently or soon to be involved in any of a number of business transformation efforts such as a Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Lean Six Sigma, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Functionality Assessment (FA), OMB A-76 (Commercial Activities) project, or organizations going through significant budget cuts; rganizations going through significant budget cuts; or those who need to know how to implement such projects or the aftermath of budget reductions. In particular, those individuals who will be involved with the process analysis phase of a reengineering project need to attend this course. No prior background in cost or economic analysis is required.
