Who Should Attend

This workshop is designed for individuals who are currently, or soon to be, involved in developing performance management systems for their organization; or those who need to know what to consider when deciding to undertake such an effort.

How You Will Benefit

Today, throughout Business or government, change is inevitable. Performance Improvement is the watchword. This environment is full of challenges that are requiring a new kind of organization, one that is leaner, faster, and is less costly than its predecessor. This new environment creates change faster than ever before, where organizations must learn that they are not only responsible for producing a product or service, but in doing so, they must be consistently competitive.

For years known for its industry-leading training in Organization Transformation through business process reengineering, Mountain Home has once again come to the forefront with its new Enterprise Performance Management training curriculum. This new curriculum takes the best from its years of providing the MHi Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Certification Program training series and our extensive experience in performance management consulting and combines it with updated concepts and techniques first introduced by Drs. Robert Kaplan and David Norton in their book, "The Balanced Scorecard", to bring you the most practical, useful techniques available to implement effective enterprise-wide performance management systems. By providing training focused on a holistic approach to performance management, the student learns how performance is measured and managed throughout every aspect of the enterprise, enabling it to stay focused on creating perpetual customer value.

The Performance Management Overview for Leaders (MHC-604) seminar is a one day (8 Hours), overview discussion on how performance management is integrated into the strategy of the enterprise. This seminar will include how to define, structure, and monitor cross-functional performance indicators using an Enterprise Performance Scorecard approach as part of Senior Leadership’s strategic planning efforts. A participant in this course will benefit greatly through:

  • Latest on strategic planning and performance management concepts and strategies for implementation
  • Up-to-date reference/course materials
  • Presenters with actual experience in building effective performance management systems
